I don't think I shall ever forget
Those warm summer nights we shared
Two kids just dreaming as we watched the sunset
You and I without a care.

Though were much older now
Those memories are never far
For it was during those moments somehow
That you my love became my heart.

As we sit on our porch tonight hand in hand
With each sunset I feel even closer to you
Knowing that what ever trials life may send
Our love shall see us through.
